BD+7 Band Sealer Machine

The Newlong BD+7 is a fully automatic, continuous band sealer machine with a conveyor. It is designed for mid to high volume sealing of polyethylene or vinyl coated paper bags with a filled weight of under 5 lbs. With a variable speed conveyor that adjusts vertically, horizontally, and at an angle, the BD+7 band sealer can run bags of varying widths and lengths. The BD+7 band sealer uses continuous, consistent, and efficient sealing to improve manual and/or single bag sealing processes.  Standard features include a speed controller, digital temperature control, gusset roller, a variable speed adjustable conveyor, a series of compression rollers which fuse the heat seal by applying pressure throughout, and a “cool air” blower system which immediately cools the seal. Band sealers like the BD+7 are the next step in sealing automation after hand or foot pedal machines.
