This product, except for normal wear parts, is warranted by American-Newlong, Inc. to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, and upon proof of purchase, American-Newlong, Inc. will provide replacement parts for all such parts determined at the sole discretion of American-Newlong to be defective, provided such defective parts are sent to American-Newlong, Inc. at the address listed below. The purchaser shall bear all shipping, packing and insurance costs to American-Newlong, Inc. The warranty will not apply to this product if it has been misused, abused or altered. NEITHER THIS WARRANTY NOR ANY OTHER WARRANTY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY, SHALL EXTEND BEYOND THE WARRANTY PERIOD. NO RESPONSIBILITY IS ASSUMED FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. AMERICAN-NEWLONG RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY OR ALTER THE WARRANTY AT ANYTIME.

Bag Packaging Equipment, HS-Series, KS-Series, PBC-Series, & robots
This equipment is guaranteed against defective design, materials, and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of start-up of this equipment, or eighteen (18) months from the date of shipment of the equipment, whichever comes earlier.
American-Newlong shall not be held responsible for any other costs incurred due to any defective design, materials, or workmanship. In no event shall American-Newlong be held responsible for lost production, profits or labor costs of customer, or any other consequential damages of any type. American-Newlong shall only be responsible for correcting such defective design, materials and workmanship at its option. American-Newlong shall only be responsible for the cost of the parts and materials themselves. Such cost does not include freight from the customer to American-Newlong or from American-Newlong to the customer and does not include the necessary labor should it be required to visit the customer's plant to correct the problem.
American-Newlong retains the right to determine the defectiveness of design, materials and workmanship in a reasonable manner. In the event the customer shall attempt to correct any such defect on their own or through a third party, American-Newlong will no longer be held responsible under this warranty and in no event shall be held liable for paying for such work to the customer or a third party.
Any equipment supplied under this contract which is not manufactured by American-Newlong shall carry the original equipment manufacturers guarantee.
This warranty shall only apply to the original purchaser of the goods under this contract and shall only cover defective items. American-Newlong shall not be responsible for normal wear items.
American-Newlong retains the right to make design changes or improvements at any time upon this model of equipment without obligation to retrofit such changes to machines existing in the field prior to such changes or improvements.
Return Policy
All returns must be given an RMA number before being sent back to American-Newlong, Inc. To obtain an RMA number for machinery repair, fill out the RMA request form below. All other RMA requests should be submitted to orders@american-newlong.com.
- Material must be returned within 30 days of RMA date above.
- The RMA # must be clearly marked on the outside of all packaging.
- Ship a copy of this RMA with the material/equipment being returned.
- All returns are subject to a 25% Re-Stocking Charge.
- All returns are required to be shipped back to American-Newlong freight prepaid.
- American-Newlong reserves the right to refuse any shipment for any reason.
- Any parts or equipment sent back without an RMA number clearly displayed on the box will be refused by our shipping department and sent back to you. You are responsible for any shipping charges incurred.
- All machinery must have the oil drained and be shipped to NLA via LTL.
- DS-9C machinery must be returned with all covers, or you will be charged for replacement covers.
- NLA is not responsible for any equipment damaged in transit or packaged improperly.
