The Newlong DS-9C bag closing head is the fastest single needle bag closing machine available (2,700 r.p.m.) for virtually all types of filled bags. Well balanced rotational parts ensure very little vibration and promote a highly reliable closing system. The DS-9C filled bag sewing machine is ideally suited for high speed bag closing and filling applications where conveyor speeds exceed 80 FPM.
A unique but simple fully enclosed oil bath lubrication system greatly extends the life of moving parts, promotes reliability and longevity, and reduces maintenance costs. Upon exit of the bag, a built-in air cylinder driven guillotine style cutter will automatically cut thread and or crepe tape. This feature reduces material costs and promotes a consistent finished appearance.

DS-2II BAG CLOSER
SINGLE THREAD CHAIN STITCH BAG CLOSING MACHINE
The Newlong DS-2II plain sew, single needle bag closing machine is used for closing of all kinds of filled bags made of multi-wall paper, PP/PE woven cloth, jute, cotton bags etc. Equipped with mechanically operated continuously running thread chain cutting knives. The operator has to guide the thread chain between these knives for cutting the thread chain at the end of the seam.

DS-6AC BAG CLOSER
SINGLE NEEDLE BAG CLOSING MACHINE FOR PLAIN SEW AND CREPE-TAPE CLOSURES.
The Newlong DS-6AC bag closing head is an automatic, single-needle, bag closing head for both plain and crepe-tape bound closing of all types of filled bags. The machine will start and stop automatically by a micro switch lever or photoelectric sensor actuated by the bag being fed into the machine. This crepe-tape and plain filled bag sewing machine will be triggered to stop by the same method utilizing a micro switch or photoelectric sensor. Upon exit of the bag, a built-in air cylinder driven guillotine style cutter will automatically cut the thread and crepe tape.

DS-7 SERIES BAG CLOSER
AUTOMATIC SWING NEEDLE MACHINE DESIGNED FOR INTEGRATED USE WITH KS SEALERS.
The Newlong DS-7 series bag closing head has an automatic swing needle machine specially designed to operate as an integrated part of a sealing system, such as the Newlong KS series. The DS-7 series features continuous motion feeding, timed needle that moves in epicylic rotations as the bag passes through the sewing head eliminating elongated needle holes to give sift proof closing and avoid needle and thread breakages. Power driven feed rollers ensure accurate feeding of the bag and avoid damage to the bag top sometimes caused by a feed dog.
