SHIPPING TERMS
Please order EARLY, shipping delays can occasionally occur through no fault of American-Newlong due to inclement weather, carrier delays, and other unforeseen problems. An order can also take longer to arrive than the transit time quoted by a shipping company without being considered “late”. When your order has been shipped, tracking information will be shown on your invoice so that you may follow the progress of your order during the shipping process. If your order is a rush order let us know and we will quote you an expedited shipping rate. Unless specifically agreed to, in writing, American-Newlong will not be held responsible for missed delivery dates on ground shipments or the performance of third parties including, but not limited to, shipping companies. In the event an expedited shipment is delayed, American-Newlong’s maximum liability to you shall not exceed the value of the shipping charges paid by you.

DROP SHIPMENTS
We have a minimum drop-ship order amount of $250.00. Orders under this amount (before tax or shipping costs) will be shipped directly to you. At this time, we drop ship on behalf of U.S.-based customers to U.S. addresses only.
STANDARD SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Standard Shipping to the U.S. (all 50 states) and Canada
Most standard orders ship within 1-2 business days from Indianapolis, Indiana. Your final shipping cost and a tracking number will be available to you on your final invoice. Please note, due to weight and size, some items may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery timeframe.
Standard shipping is offered via UPS and FedEx (UPS Ground is our default shipping method).
In addition to standard ground, we offer the following delivery services:
• Expedited Shipping (Next Day, 2nd Day, 3rd Day)
• Collect
• Third Party
• Residential
• LTL (Truckline)
If you wish for us to ship your packages on your business account, please provide your account number at the time of your order and let us know you wish to ship "collect".
Please contact us to confirm expedited shipping if you need delivery by a specific date. We do not guarantee delivery dates.
EQUIPMENT SHIPPING
Most larger equipment will have an additional fee for crating.
All sewing heads (with the exception of portables) MUST be shipped via LTL to protect the product. Shipment via ground is only available with a signed release.
EXPORT
American-Newlong does not ship overseas, however we CAN ship to a port of export. We also have sister offices in other countries. Please call for more information.
